roots, horseradish, shallots, garlic and sweet onion plants it sells. We carry
many of the hard to find varieties. Note that these are perishable commodities,
and therefore we will ship these only when the weather permits us to here in

| German Butterball |
Late |
A gourmet favorite for its beautiful yellow color and
exceptional flavor. Can be prepared in a multitude of ways, boiling,
steaming, baking, frying, and especially good for hash browns. Produces many
oblong potatoes with netted yellow skin and shallow eyes. |
| Austrian Crescent |

Smooth tan-yellow flesh and skin. Prolific yields of 4 to 8
ounce fingerling type potatoes (crescent shaped with tapered ends.) Can grow
