Cauliflower

Cauliflower does best when allowed to mature in cooler weather. Cauliflower is made of tightly clustered florets that begin to form, but stop in the bud stage. To keep your cauliflower white, the head needs to be protected from sunlight. Tie the close by leaves together up over the head beginning when the head is the size of a quarter.

Approximately 160,000 seeds per lb. 1/4 oz. needed for a 100 foot row, 3 lb. per acre.
