Celery

Weather fluctuations and cold nights can cause celery to bolt, so be careful when using this as a fall crop. Celery has many uses. It can be eaten raw, cooked or used as a swizzle stick in a Bloody Mary. But it's most unusual function was when the 5th doctor, in the BBC show, "Doctor Who", wore a stalk of celery on his lapel.
