Indian Corn (flint corn) contains a small amount of soft starch surrounded by a larger amount of hard starch. This lets the kernels shrink uniformly when drying making it less prone to spoiling, making it ideal for autumnal decorations. It can also be used for cooking.
Approximately 1800 seeds per lb. 1/2 lb is needed for a 100 foot row, 14 to 20 lb. per acre.
