Kohl Rabi

Kohlrabi is a German word with kohl meaning cabbage and rabi meaning turnip. Kohlrabi is a good source of Vitamin C, potassium and fiber, and kohlrabi can be eaten raw or cooked. It looks like kohlrabi may be the next new "superfood".
