Shell (Dried) Beans

These nutrition packed beans can be harvested two ways. For shell beans, harvest when the seeds are fully formed in the pod, but still soft and green. For dried beans, let the pods dry completely before harvesting. 

Approximately 1,800 seeds per lb. 1 lb. is needed for a 100 foot row, 60 lb. per acre.
